Life Advisors, Inc. was born because we saw a need for life insurance owners and their advisors to be represented in the secondary life insurance market place.
A strategic resource, an advocate who would not accept
just one offer as the best; someone who would force the top
funding sources to compete with each other. Our experience
has proven the first offer is never the best offer, only a
starting place for negotiations.
We facilitate the purchase of policies in strict compliance
with all federal, state and local regulations. We believe
strongly in educating clients and their advisors to enable
them to make smart and informed decisions. Why be so

The benefit to the consumers is substantial: a study by
economists at the Wharton School concludes that, this year
alone, life settlements will deliver to insurance consumers
$336 million, that is $242 million above the cash value
they would have received had they tendered their policies
back to their insurance companies. This is four times the
cash value. Suddenly that soon to be lapsed or surrendered
life insurance policy is an asset with significant economic
value.
